PLEASE CHECK IT OUT!!!! BECAUSE THE ACTIVITY LEVELS IN BOTH CLUBHOUSES ARE PICKING UP WITH THE ARRIVAL OF THE GALIVANTING SNOWBIRDS (AND THE UPCOMING HOLIDAYS), SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES SCHEDULED LOCATIONS MAY BE CHANGED. SO, CHECK OUT THE WEBSITE UNDER THE CALENDAR SECTION TO HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE LOCATIONS.
The Tuesday Night Workshop Schedule has changed. We will alternate the Soft Plus Workshops every 1st & 3rd Tuesdays with the Lively Plus Workshops on the 2nd & 4th) Tuesdays. When there is a 5th Tuesday, "Caller's Choice". BE SURE & CHECK THE CALENDAR for any changes.
SUNDAY SOFT PLUS DANCES ARE STILL BEING HELD ON SUNDAY EVENINGS. The Soft Plus Dances are held at SADDLEBROOKE CLUBHOUSE startiang at 7:00 p.m. The dress is casual.
f you need additional club Golf or Tee Shirts, contact Bud & Patty Spratley. . These shirts are encouraged to be worn for the Yuma Festival in February. Order early while the selections are still good.
IF YOU NEED CLUB FABRIC, The cost is $15.00 for 3 yards of material. 1 yard pieces are also available for $5.00 You can contact Lynn Simon or Bonnie to order the fabric.
Please sign up for the annual PROGRESSIVE DINNER which will be held on Thursday night, January 18th starting about 4:45. Even if you can't make the appetizers or perhaps not even the Main Courses, plan to come to the dance. Just let us know. Early sign ups are needed to coordinate this fun event. Those wishing to host either an Appetizer segment or a Main Course Sign up, should sign up as well. The sign-up folder is on the Registration Table.
Don't forget the KIDS CLOSET, Angel Program. We will be presenting the funds you have donated for this wonderful program to a representative of the Kids Closet on PARTY night, Thursday, December 21st starting at 7:00 p.m. REMEMBER ... Cash, or Checks are welcome. If you donate by check, please make it out to the SaddleBrooke Community Outreach (or SBCO) and note "Kids Closet" in the Memo section. FYI ... SBCO is a 501(c)(3) organization and their ID number is 86-843458 for your tax records.
There is a sign-up sheet on the Registration Desk for the Yuma Festival, February 9th - 11th. We have a whole lot of squares that will be going. Larry will be calling at the Trail Out dance on Sunday morning. They have it ALL ... Mainstream, Plus, Advanced, Challenge & Round Dancing (all levels). This is an outstanding festival and Gary Shoemake is one of the featured callers along with Jerry Jestin. See Bonnie for details.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS for SATURDAY NIGHT, MARCH 10th when our next special GUEST CALLER dance will be held and the caller will be TIM CRAWFORD. Tickets will be going on sale after the first of the year.
A HEADS UP FOR A GREAT FESTIVAL IN THE FALL. BE SURE & MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE RIVCO (Riverside County Festival) to be held in INDIO, CA on NOVEMBER 9th - 11th. We hope to have a BIG group going. A great staff of National Callers. But block in that date and the details will be shared as soon as they are available!
